1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- The product received was damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was shipped to you.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
- A refund request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased under discounts, sales, or promotional offers.
- Damages caused due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

Approval and Return Instructions
- Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
- The product must be shipped back to us at:

Refund Timeline
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong product), we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can request a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the product may already be in transit.
